Welcome to NashmiRide. By using the NashmiRide mobile application or our website (nashmiride.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. NashmiRide is a ride-hailing platform operated from Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Please read these terms carefully before using our service.
NashmiRide is a digital platform that connects passengers with vehicle drivers (captains) in Jordan. We provide a rider app and a captain app that allow booking, tracking, and managing rides. Fares are displayed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) with a transparent min-max range before you confirm your booking. Available ride types include: Standard (minimum fare 1.20 JOD), Premium (minimum fare 2.50 JOD), and XL (minimum fare 2.00 JOD).
To use our service, you must create an account by providing truthful and accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old. Mobile number verification via OTP is required. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides misleading information.
Users agree not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. Passengers must honor booked ride schedules and respect the captain and vehicle. Captains must comply with safety rules, drive safely, and provide professional service. Using the platform for any illegal or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.
All fares are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and rounded to the nearest 0.05 JOD. Accepted payment methods include: cash, credit/debit cards via N-Genius, eFAWATEERcom, and CliQ. Commission split: 20% to the platform, 80% to the captain. If you dispute a ride fare, please contact us within 48 hours.
Rides can be cancelled free of charge within 2 minutes of booking confirmation. After that, a cancellation fee may apply and be added to your next ride. If a passenger is more than 5 minutes late after the captain arrives, the captain may cancel the ride and a waiting fee may apply.
NashmiRide is an intermediary platform connecting passengers with captains. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the ride in dispute. We do not guarantee captain availability at all times or in all areas.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in Amman, Jordan.
